I am currently developing a new and exciting installation for Kirkham. ‘The talking wall’ installation will celebrate the historic town of Kirkham bringing the walls to life with the voices of its residents.
We are currently appealing for memories from town’s folk to help create this exciting interactive artwork in the town centre.
Were you born in the town? Did you go to go to school here during the Second World War? Perhaps you worked in a local mill, took part in a Club Day procession or have memories of dancing in a local dance hall or disco. We want to talk to you!
We are looking for voice recordings of less than 2min sharing your memories of Kirkham’s past.
