Decorate a K for Kirkham

Kirkham Cultural consortium invite you to decorate the K in the style of an illuminated medieval letter, taking inspiration from Kirkham’s rich heritage.

What period of history will you choose? Maybe it will be a specific event like Club Day or when Kirkham & Wesham FC won the FA Vase in 2008?

Or maybe you will create a collage inspired by the Romans, a medieval market, WWI and the textile industry.

Whatever you choose we can’t wait to see what you will create.

The deadline for submissions is 31st January 2022. Submit your entries by email to submissions@kirkhamtreasures.co.uk or by dropping it back to one of the businesses above.

The winning design will be used to create merchandising for Kirkham.

All submissions will be exhibited at various locations on the high street in February 2022.
