Kirkham Treasures is a pilot project funded by Historic England and has been developed in response to Historic England's call for submissions to their pilot Heritage Action Zones scheme, focusing on town centres. The project includes the continued development of a consortium for the town made up of key partner organisations to work towards developing a cultural vision for the town.

The partners involved are Fylde Borough Council, Kirkham Town Council, Kirkham Business Group, St Michaels Church, Lancashire County Council. Kirkham Cultural Consortium , Positive Placemakers Community Interest Company and Morrisons.
